ASDL also has a presence at the Georgia Tech-Europe campus in Metz, France. ASDL@GTL is a member of the “Unité Mixte Internationale (UMI) 2958”, an international research partnership between the French Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and the Georgia Institute of Technology (GIT). ASDL@GTL is focused on research in the areas of complex systems design and integration, and system of systems exploration and assessment. This is a multidisciplinary initiative designed to complement ongoing research at GTL and address other systems engineering studies in Europe. Areas of interest and development include:
