Georgia Tech recently announced that the Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design has earned Living Building Challenge certification, the world’s most ambitious and holistic green building achievement. The certification from the International Living Future Institute independently verifies that the Kendeda Building is among the greenest in the world. ASDL had a team of researchers helping ensure that Kendeda would meet certification. For more than two years during the project, our researchers were embedded with the building’s design team, supporting data analysis and scenario modeling throughout construction and the building’s commissioning.
